Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery minus a 20% restocking fee. Product must be in original packaging *unopened*. Customer is to pay shipping through FedEx, no other carrier. Please ship to Counter Top Epoxy, 787 Valley Ct, Grand Junction CO 81505. If these instructions are not followed, you may be charged extra on shipping from your total return on top of the 20% restocking fee. Please keep tabs on the tracking number and feel free to notify us of its arrival for a quicker resolution. Countertop Epoxy has up to 30 - 90 days to process your refund. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to reflect on your account after it has been approved and processed by a representative. Any orders being returned that do not fall under those exact guidelines will be refused and no refund will be given.



Canceling an order: Please call the office to ensure your requests are handled immediately! 
All orders under 1k that have not left the warehouse yet may be able to avoid a restocking fee - must call. All other orders that are 1k+ are eligible for a full refund if contacted by phone within 48 hours of placing the order and so long as it hasn't been assigned shipping information yet. Orders that have already been assigned shipping information will be subject to a restocking fee. If canceled during transit we will do our best to ask the carriers to reroute the package back to our facility, however, carriers cannot guarantee a reroute of an order already in transit. If the product gets delivered, you will simply need to follow instructions in accordance with the return policy.  


Lost packages must be reported to a representative within 30 days of packaging, otherwise the opportunity for a claim and replacement has been lost. 
Orders received damaged in transit - it is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier for resolution to properly file a claim. 

Claims can take up to two weeks for resolution, so please be patient. It is up to the customer to touch base in regards to the outcome which we would be happy to look into.
If a claim gets denied, you may call the carrier for further explanation of their decision. 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipments are typically fulfilled within 7-10 business days; orders can take 2-4 weeks depending on all the contents. Please call the office for further information on how we can try and work around those delays - we're happy to look into it! 


We make our product in fresh batches, due to this we normally cannot expedite your shipment, however you can always inquire on expedited shipping rates - 970.639.9338. 

We can ship to virtually ANY address in the world! 
Please note:

  • Orders 100+ pounds outside the continental US, feel free to call for the most accurate shipping quote as these do fluctuate on a daily basis and are related to current events. 
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
  • Please expect slower shipping times for international deliveries and bear in mind customs or import taxes may be part of your shipping costs or may need to be paid upon delivery.
  • Countertop Epoxy is unable to predict these expenses and are not liable.
  • Orders that have a different shipping and billing address will require verification - feel free to get one step ahead of this and call us to confirm the information!
